The Family Court of Australia and Federal Circuit Court of Australia has implemented a new form on 31/10/2020 - the Notice of Child Abuse, Family Violence or Risk. Initiating Applications, Response or Applications for Consent Orders seeking parenting orders that are part way through completion but have not yet been lodged for filing by 31/10 will also need to complete the new form. The new form and comprehensive information on when and how to file it, is available on the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court websites.
